Jet Aeration

Pumped recirculation plus diffused air for deeper basins

Jet aeration systems combine a pumped recirculation stream with diffused air, injecting fine bubbles at depth rather than relying on surface agitation alone.

That combination performs well in deep basins and high-strength applications where surface aerators start to lose oxygen transfer efficiency.

Mixers & Aqua DDM

Direct-drive mixing for equalization, biological, and storage tanks

The Aqua DDM direct-drive mixer removes the gearbox and belt drive that are typically the first components to fail on a conventional mixer, cutting both maintenance calls and power draw.

Alongside DDM, we represent a broader mixer line sized for equalization basins, biological tanks, sludge storage, and chemical feed applications.

Evaporation Systems

Concentrating difficult streams ahead of disposal

Mechanical and thermal evaporation systems reduce liquid volume on streams that are difficult or expensive to discharge, helping plants move toward minimal liquid discharge or simply shrink a costly hauling bill.

These systems are typically specified alongside biological or DAF pretreatment as part of a larger residuals management strategy.
